E niente, c’è solo da entrare e restare sorpresi per quanto, una semplice macelleria, così come sembrava da fuori, invece è un vero e proprio museo culinario. Trovate di tutto, da una vastissima scelta di Gin, si esatto, Gin… tra questi, il gin allo speck ? Fino ad arrivare ovviamente a tutte le tipologie di speck, salsiccette di cervo, capriolo ecc… Ma trovate anche miele, sia nel barattolo, sia proprio il miele vero e proprio ancora intero, messo in una scatolina, mai visto da nessuna parte ed è davvero una chicca ? Taglieri, risotti, polente, tagliatelle secche … insomma un paradiso. Aimè non ho potuto comprare nulla di fresco, ma vi stra consiglio i canederli che mettono sotto vuoto … ? È stata una piacevole scoperta, tornerò sicuramente nella prossima vacanza, con un budget molto più alto ! Allego il video, buona visione.
