Putroppo in 2 occasioni molto ravvicinate hanno messo in dubbio le mie rimostranze su loro errori, poi solo in parte riconosciuti ,ma sempre con quel atteggiamento di chi ti dice : ma sei sicuro! Mi hanno trattata come fossi un’approffittatice lasciandomi molto, molto male . Gli errori sono stati loro e non hanno avuto la professionalità di ammetterli . Il loro comportamento è stato a dir poco vergognoso. Cosa pensavano che volessi fregargli 4 spiccioli!! Senza parole
I had been a loyal customer of this shop for years, spending a lot of money. Unfortunately, on 2 very close occasions they questioned my grievances about their mistakes, which were then only partially recognized, but always with that attitude of someone who tells you: but you are sure! They treated me as if I were a proffittatice leaving me very, very badly. They were the mistakes and they didn't have the professionalism to admit them. Their behavior was shameful to say the least. What did they think I wanted to steal 4 loose change! Without words
