★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne eccellente (l'unica che consumo anche cruda), titolari estremamente gentili e competenti (la carne va anche tagliata correttamente, altrimenti non rende). Splendidi anche i latticini (ricotta in primis) e salumi (ottimo il prosciutto crudo). Vasta scelta di preparazioni con condimenti preparati da loro. Prezzi equi. Il meglio in assoluto, nessun dubbio.
Excellent meat (the only one that I consume also raw), extremely kind and competent owners (the meat must also be cut correctly, otherwise it doesn't make it). Also splendid are the dairy products (ricotta in the first place) and salami (excellent raw ham). Wide choice of preparations with condiments prepared by them. Fair prices. The best ever, no doubt.

Negli ultimi anni hanno cominciato a preparare degli arrosti preparati in vari modi che , quando proposti ad amici, hanno riscosso grande successo. L'ultimo consumato ieri era un arrosto di maiale con ripieno di crema di tartufo e funghi che ha fatto faville. Ottima anche la svizzera di fassona. Ve lo raccomando. Hanno rifatto il negozio ed ampliato la gamma di prodotti. Ottimi gli arrosti già cotti nel loro forno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darei forse massimo 3 stelle e mezzo. Mi sono recato per la prima volta per provare la carne. Ho comprato hambuger di chianina, visto il costo ( ovvero 24€euro kg) mi aspettavo qualcosa di gustoso, ma in realtà avevano un sapore "normale" senza infamia e senza lode. Per questo tipo di carne andrò sicuramente da qualche altra parte. In futuro ritenteró qualcosa di diverso
I would give maybe 3 and a half stars maximum. I went for the first time to try the meat. I bought Chianina hambuger, given the cost (that is 24 € euro kg) I was expecting something tasty, but in reality they had a "normal" taste without infamy and without praise. For this type of meat I will definitely go somewhere else. I will try something different again in the future
