Si possono trovare anche salumi di diverse carni e un ottimo banco ricco di diverse specialità trentine. Canederli ottimi, salsicce in vari assortimenti e salumi di selvaggina molto buoni. Presente anche un angolo shopping per condimenti della carne, prodotti sott'olio ecc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco come la gente non si accorga che tutte le carni e dico tutte le carni hanno glutammato monosodico aggiunto alla preparazione come da libretto degli ingredienti che avete gentilmente messo a disposizione dei clienti.. peggio del mc donalds.
Se la carne fosse di qualità come dite non ci sarebbe assolutamente bisogno di aggiungere glutammato a ogni carne per esaltarne il sapore a danno della genuinità del prodotto. Mi spiace ma non proverò la vostra carne.
I don't understand how people don't realize that all meats and I mean all meats have monosodium glutamate added to the preparation as per the ingredients booklet that you have kindly made available to customers .. worse than mc donalds.
If the meat were of quality as you say there would be absolutely no need to add glutamate to each meat to enhance its flavor to the detriment of the genuineness of the product. I'm sorry but I won't try your meat.
