★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il metodo Flocco mi sta cambiando la vita, mi sta facendo dimagrire in serenità e consapevolezza, mi sta aiutando nel rapporto col cibo e mi insegna a prendermi cura di me. Fin dall'inizio la Dssa Flocco mi ha seguita passo e ha creato uno schema alimentare su misura per me, i primi controlli molto ravvicinati sono serviti per modellare lo schema su tutte le mie esigenze e sulle risposte del mio corpo. Non ho solo perso tanti chili ma il mio corpo si sta modellando, non faccio alcuna fatica nel seguire i consigli e gli schemi. Il percorso è seguito passo passo dalla Dottoressa che risponde sempre, che è sempre disponibile, mai giudicante e sempre accogliente!
Nella mia vita ho provato tantissime diete ma non avevo mai trovato un metodo che si adattasse un modo così personale!!!
Dopo 5 mesi e tanti chili persi, non vedo lora di continuare questo percorso!

 The Flocco method is changing my life, it is making me lose weight in serenity and awareness, it is helping me in the relationship with food and teaching me to take care of myself. From the beginning Dssa Flocco followed me step by step and created a food scheme tailored for me, the first very close checks were used to model the scheme on all my needs and the responses of my body. Not only have I lost a lot of kilos but my body is shaping, I don't struggle to follow the advice and patterns. The path is followed step by step by the Doctor who always answers, who is always available, never judgmental and always welcoming!
In my life I have tried so many diets but I had never found a method that fits such a personal way !!!
After 5 months and so many kilos lost, I can't wait to continue this path!
