In tutte le occasioni il signore alla cassa (pelato con gli occhiali) è stato molto maleducato, rispondendo alle mie domande in modo molto scortese (dire scortese è anche gentile). Gli suggerisco di cambiare lavoro ed evitare quelli a contatto con il pubblico. Il resto del personale invece molto gentile e veramente rapido ed efficiente ma, con dispiacere, la recensione non può che essere negativa per il personaggio alla cassa. Mi inizia a far segno di no e a dire che è chiuso, chiedo spiegazioni facendo notare che non sono ancora le 20, mi risponde dicendomi che quando spegne l’insegna lui chiude. Provo ad insistere perché andata lì appositamente ma mi risponde “non posso perché per fare la tua macchina mi ci vogliono almeno 10 minuti e se nel mentre ne arrivano altre devo fare anche loro e io non vado più a casa” quando in realtà bastava che chiudesse il cancello. Continua poi in modo sgarbato e aggressivo a dire che sono le 20, nonostante gli facciamo più volte notare che mancano ancora 5 minuti abbondanti, in tutta risposta ci caccia via chiudendoci il cancello in faccia.
