Chiamo 8 giorni fa per segnalare che la porta d'ingresso deve essersi abbassata, mi sta segnando e rovinando il pavimento, e si apre per un terzo. Mi dicono, prendiamo nota e la richiamiamo. Ho dovuto richiamare io 8 giorni dopo. La risposta del titolare, non ho tempo di venire a sistemare. Ho riposto che siamo disponibili in qualsiasi giorno e orario, NON RIESCO. Veramente poco professionali, ricordatevi quando qualcuno che vi deve pagare vi dirà che non ha tempo, che non riesce. Quando potrò sconsiglierò sempre la vostra ditta. Questo è il servizio alla loro clientela. Pessimi!!!
NEVER AGAIN'!!! I have a shop with 5 windows, made by them, with electrical fixtures, it is certainly not a small job. I had to call back 8 days later. The owner's reply, I don't have time to come and fix. I replied that we are available on any day and time, I CAN'T. Really unprofessional, remember when someone who has to pay you will tell you that they don't have time, that they can't. When I can, I will always advise against your company. This is their customer service. Bad !!!
