Purtroppo il reparto commerciale ha dimostrato estrema negligenza nella comprensione della richiesta di fornitura, nel servizio post vendita e successivamente nell' assistenza di piccole parti diffettose.
Ciò dimostra la grave carenza dell'azienda nel rapporto con la clientela, salvo il tempestivo intervento del signor Filippo e del signor Ugo.
Dalla mia esperienza ritengo il serramento e l'installazione ottima, lascia molto a desiderare la parte commerciale .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visitato vari negozi e ho deciso di fare il lavoro con Casicura perchè ho trovato personale preparato disponibile , mi hanno chiarito tutti i dubbi ed i prodotti sono ottimi. La casa è notevolmente migliorata e devo dire che stiamo risparmiando soldi di riscaldamento .
Inoltre con la cessione del credito siamo riusciti a risparmiare la metà della spesa , contentissima ottimi serramenti .
Posso solo consigliare questa azienda a chi mi chiede informazioni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo appena firmato il contratto con CaSicura per la sostituzione delle finestre (18 in tutto) con un modello Oknoplast in PVC usufruendo del Ecobonus 50% e della cessione del credito. Ci tengo a segnalare il trattamento esemplare da parte del personale commerciale, abbiamo parlato in particolare con Michele Tosatto che ha saputo condurci pazientemente verso la soluzione che più ci ha soddisfatto, nonostante il ridottissimo tempo a disposizione per evitare modifiche alle regole del Bonus previste a partire del nuovo anno, superando anche gli imprevisti che la pandemia ha creato. Ci hanno convinto in particolar modo le dimostrazioni a video delle pose in opera, oltre che il rapporto qualità prezzo del prodotto venduto. Al termine dei lavori (che richiederanno qualche mese) aggiornerò la recensione per la parte di posa e con qualche foto di dettaglio.

We were particularly convinced by the video demonstrations of the installation, as well as the value for money of the product sold.
