★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per chiedere se fanno riparazioni a serramenti in alluminio mi hanno risposto che se non sono stati installati da loro non escono nemmeno per il sopralluogo (la ditta che me li aveva installati ha chiuso in quanto i titolari sono andati in pensione). Risposta per niente professionale. Evidentemente il periodo di chiusura per la pandemia non ha insegnato molto. Un bravo imprenditore accetta lavori grandi ma anche piccole riparazioni.
I called to ask if they do repairs to aluminum windows and they replied that if they have not been installed by them they will not even go out for the inspection (the company that had installed them for me has closed because the owners have retired). Unprofessional response. Evidently the closing period for the pandemic did not teach much. A good contractor accepts large jobs but also small repairs.
