★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo fermati diverse volte in questo piccolo negozio, nel cuore di Parma e sempre abbiamo trovato gentilezza, professionalità e salumi speciali: il prosciutto e la culatta sono dolcissimi ....ma il SALAME SENZA CONSERVANTI é il motivo che ci fa ritornare ripetutamente ....oltre ai prezzi competitivi!

We have stopped several times in this small shop, in the heart of Parma and we have always found kindness, professionalism and special cured meats: the ham and the breech are very sweet .... but the SALAME WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES is the reason that makes us come back repeatedly. ... in addition to competitive prices!
Highly recommended.

Offre salumi tipici del territorio, ho mangiato una focaccia farcita col culatello, il prezzo non è economico, ma non si può pretendere di mangiare il culatello a basso costo, specialmente se di buona qualità.
Consigliato per un pasto veloce.
Excellent delicatessen near Palazzo della Pilotta. The place is very clean and well-kept. It offers typical salami of the area, I ate a focaccia stuffed with culatello, the price is not cheap, but you cannot expect to eat low-cost culatello, especially if it is of good quality.
Recommended for a quick meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provato per caso abbiamo fatto visita alla pilota ed usciti sulla piazza a dx abbiamo trovato la salumeria con annesso il piccolo locale di degustazione.ci si siede si guarda il menu si suona il campanella e si ordina o i panini o i taglieri. consiglio x iniziare un tagliere con verdure giardiniere e cipolle ed uno di salumi verticale.uno spettacolo:strolghino,salane normale,felino e salame nero di un suino particolare che ha un sapore dolce.tutto di qualità prezzi nella media x abbattimento costi servizio non c è il caffè ed il bagno ma si sopravvive bene. poi si può passare in salumeria x il conto ed acquistare i salumi e parmigiano assaggiati oltre a confezioni di anoli o tortelli.brava la simpatica titolare.
We tried by chance we visited the pilot and exited on the square on the right we found the delicatessen with the small tasting room attached. I suggest to start a cutting board with gardener vegetables and onions and one of vertical cured meats. a show: strolghino, normal salane, feline and black salami of a particular pig that has a sweet taste. it's the coffee and the bathroom but you survive well. then you can go to the delicatessen for the bill and buy the salami and parmesan cheese tasted as well as packs of anoli or tortelli. the nice owner was good.
