Divisa estiva inesistente. pagano 4 euro all’ora con turnazioni assurde da 10/12 ore al giorno. Pretendono di situarti in luoghi di lavoro a 40 km di distanza dalla tua abitazione senza rimborso benzina, anzi, per “rimborsarti la benzina” ti fanno fare 12 ore di fila a 40 km. I lecchini possono sperare di avere un posto vicino casa mentre chi vale davvero viene messo lontanissimo. Se stai male incominciano a cambiarti i turni in modo negativo per la tua persona facendo ripicche. Capita che ti chiamano alle 22 all’improvviso per fare una turnazione notturna non retribuita con nessuna maggiorazione, ma non sia mai che tu li disturbi per un imprevisto all’improvviso. Loro però possono chiamarti alle 10 di sera. Niente buoni pasto, 13 esima e t.f.r spezzato mensilmente. Stipendio da fame nemmeno in sud Africa.
