Il servizio ha mostrato indelicatezza e scortesia, che non si confanno al rapporto con un cliente pagante che, con il sorriso, voleva solo fare una calma colazione. I modi di fare della padrona e di un altro inserviente, sono riusciti a farmi sentire indesiderato e a farmi cominciare peggio la giornata.
My experience was terrible. The service showed indelicacy and rudeness, which did not match the relationship with a paying customer who, with a smile, just wanted to have a quiet breakfast. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da non rifare cliente nuova prima volta la colazione, se viene chiesto brioches vegana tu mi dici cosa c'è dentro. E ovviamente il cappuccio di soia non lo fanno. Alla mia domanda se la brioches era vuota mi è stato detto si e neanche capita talmente era pieno e in tempo covid tutte quelle persone non potevano stare. E la brioches pessima e sono allergica a quello che c'è dentro. Quando si vende un prodotto bisogna specificare cosa c'è all'interno per lo meno. MAI PIÙ!
