My mother had a very bad experience, disorganization and zero distancing .. let's hope for the best of not having brought home anything other than the vaccine??

Consiglio laddove possibile di recarsi in un altro centro vaccinale. Disorganization, chaos and delays (almost two hours to administer the third dose despite the appointment). Where possible, I recommend going to another vaccination center.

In compenso personale molto gentile Bad experience, my daughter waited exactly two hours to get the third dose and there were only 12 people in front of her. On the other hand, very kind staff

Dottori ed infermieri molto gentili. edificio con spazi ristrettì incluso gazebo con sedie ravvicinate. Unfortunately at the entrance they wait for the call at the scheduled time under a gazebo in the cold, perhaps a warm gym like the Limbiate vaccination center was better. Very nice doctors and nurses. confined space building including gazebo with chairs close together.

Uno dei medici è stato alquanto antipatico e saccente, mentre le infermiere erano gentili. Si può migliorare... Scortesi, arroganti e maleducati, queste persone non dovrebbero stare a contatto con il pubblico. Ogni comunicazione è stata effettuata come se fosse un ordine, pessima interazione con le persone straniere che avevano un po' di difficoltà a capire bene la lingua, pessimi. Medical staff within the facility friendly and helpful. Volunteers in the gazebo at the entrance, who manage reservations and the queue, which are impossible to propose. Rude, arrogant and rude, these people shouldn't be in contact with the public. Each communication was carried out as if it were an order, very bad interaction with foreign people who had a bit of difficulty in understanding the language well, very bad.

Il centro funziona SOLO per prenotati, occorre sia chiaro!! .... e NON è gradito l'arrivo "fuori" dall'orario di prenotazione, vengono controllati gli SMS. A dire il vero la sala d'attesa pre ingresso era occupata al 50% della capienza totale, quindi perché tutte queste storie sull'orario? Su questo ci sarebbe da discutere. Detto ciò cmq l'accoglienza da parte di un addetto della protezione civile è semplicemente imbarazzante. Maleducato e presuntuoso. Non vi fosse quella persona le cose funzionerebbero molto meglio. Il personale sanitario all'interno è cordiale e disponibile. 3 stars because in the end we solved the problem. The path to obtain the vaccine has not been linear. The center works ONLY for reservations, it must be clear! .... and it is NOT appreciated the arrival "outside" the booking time, SMS are checked. Actually the pre-entry waiting room was occupied at 50% of the total capacity, so why all these fuss about the timetable? We would have to discuss this. Having said that, however, the reception by a civil protection officer is simply embarrassing. Rude and conceited. Were that person not there, things would work out much better. The medical staff inside are friendly and helpful.

Il personale è cortese ed anche preparato, la logistica della Protezione civile buona, antipatica se non indisponente nei momenti che domandi qualcosa sulla organizzazione :sembra che nessuno lavora in questo posto, tutti dai volontari ai medici super mega preparati.... 12/2021 is a medium-small sized covid-19 vaccine center, headed by the Niguarda hub. The staff is courteous and also prepared, the logistics of the Civil Protection good, unpleasant if not annoying when you ask something about the organization: it seems that no one works in this place, all from volunteers to super mega-trained doctors ....
