M	Massimo Forgione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema apertura tetto slk 200 ... chiamato ... appuntamento in giornata... risolto senza cambiare pezzo con un prezzo onestissimo ... in più nel caso il problema si ripresentasse già detto che metteranno pezzo nuovo in mezza giornata... devo dire che sono proprio precisi nel loro lavoro ... grazie ... ci voleva gente esperta Mercedes che non ti svena ... consigliati I had a slk 200 roof opening problem ... called ... same-day appointment ... solved without changing piece with a very fair price ... more in case the problem arose already said that they will put new piece in half a day .. S	Stefano Facchini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo è il classico posto dove il meccanico ti guarda in faccia e determina che l'auto ha un problema gravissimo prima ancora di avere aperto il cofano e acceso il motore. Responso: assolutamente auto da fermare per evitare di doverla buttare e intervento che sfiora i 1000€! Abbandonato l'officina a gambe levate, il prossimo meccanico (dopo attento esame) determina che il problema è minimo e certo non urgente. Viva l'onestà. Peccato che persone così debbano approfittare del prossimo senza nessuna etica o morale. Vergogna This is the classic place where the mechanic looks you in the face and determines that the car has a very serious problem before they even open the hood and start the engine. Response: absolutely car to stop to avoid having to throw it away and intervention that touches the 1000 €! Il materiale utilizzato è originale ma i prezzi sono modici considerando il marchio. Mi sono trovato molto bene (avevo un fanale "rietrato" e bisognava farlo profilare con la carrozzeria), consiglio vivamente questa officina. Excellent workshop dedicated to Mercedes cars. The staff works with great professionalism and above all a lot of passion. The material used is original but the prices are modest considering the brand. I found myself very well (I had a "rietrato" headlight and it had to be profiled with the bodywork), I highly recommend this workshop.
A	Andrea Cardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo portato la nostra Mercedes ML 320 la prima volta per far riparare per i soffietti Airmatic. Che dire lavoro perfetto in mezza giornata e prezzo onesto dove invece la concessionaria ufficiale aveva richiesto cifre folli. Dato che era la prima volta in questa officina, Michele e il suo staff hanno fatto una diagnosi all'auto senza alcuna spesa in più dicendoci i vari lavori da fare sull'auto per rimetterla al 100%. Abbiamo quindi preso appuntamento per la seconda volta e anche lì lavoro perfetto a prezzo più che onesto, dove nessun altro meccanico ci metteva le mani perché secondo loro troppo pericoloso (cambio delle candelette). Non posso che consigliare a tutti i possessori di Mercedes di fare un salto in questa officina dove ci sono persone serie che sanno fare il loro lavoro a differenza delle concessionarie ufficiali dove cercano il profitto a discapito dei clienti più sprovveduti. We brought our Mercedes ML 320 the first time to have the Airmatic bellows repaired. What about perfect work in half a day and an honest price where the official dealership had requested insane figures. Since it was the first time in this workshop, Michele and his staff diagnosed the car at no extra cost, telling us the various jobs to do on the car to get it back 100%. We then made an appointment for the second time and there too, a perfect job at a more than honest price, where no other mechanic put his hands on it because in their opinion it was too dangerous (change of glow plugs). I can only advise all Mercedes owners to take a trip to this workshop where there are serious people who know how to do their job unlike the official dealerships where they seek profit at the expense of the most inexperienced customers.
