Vista la generica prassi che accomuna tutte le autofficine autorizzate alla revisione, mi viene difficile giudicare la professionalità e la competenza dei meccanici, anche se forse già il fatto che vi sia questa autorizzazione, ne garantisce affidabilità. Purtroppo ci sono stati problemi con il pagamento tramite bancomat ma il ragazzo mi ha rassicurato dicendo che sarei potuta ripassare quando mi sarebbe stato più comodo. Infatti il mezzo é risultato non essere riparabile se non con una spesa notevole. Avendo compreso la situazione in cui mi trovavo, i dipendenti dell'officina sono stati generosi di suggerimenti e indicazioni e, dovendo io agire legalmente nei confronti del venditore (un commerciante di Lissone), la Ti.Va.Da. mi ha rilasciato una certificazione sullo stato del mezzo in tempo brevissimi e senza chiedermi nulla. Un comportamento altamente professionale che mi spinge a consigliare l'officina a chiunque e per qualsiasi esigenza. Il motivo per cui do una stella è che nella fase di esecuzione del lavoro, sono stati eseguiti delle manutenzioni non preventivate senza nessun avviso telefonico. Avendo sottoscritto una scheda di lavoro, il cliente si aspetta che solo tali lavori vengano eseguiti , se poi vengono riscontrate necessità extra, con una veloce telefonata ci si accorda col cliente onde evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti in fase di pagamento. Spiacevolissima sorpresa al momento del saldo del conto. Mi è stato offerto il 10% di sconto ma che comunque non va a compensare il modus operandi.
