However, I must update the review since a lot has happened since then. I was contacted by Francesca (Brand manager of Mantero), who took my case very seriously and apologised for the inconvenience. She then directed me to Grazia (store manager), who handled my case with professionalism and solved my issue. They were both attentive, very polite and pleasant personalities to talk to. My partner and I are definitely coming back to Mantero for our seasonal shopping.
