Per fortuna che avevo come dimostrare l'appuntamento preso, altrimenti avrebbero messo in dubbio le mie parole. Comunque non ho potuto provare l'auto.... Siamo stati 15/20 minuti, nessuno si è avvicinato nonostante fossero liberi. Professionalità zero. In un momento in cui le vendite in generale sono in calo basterebbe poco per avere un feedback positivo, invece, abbiam dovuto alzare i tacchi e andarcene. La Mercedes-Benz è la più pregiata casa automobilistica in Europa e nel Mondo pertanto non si può avvalere di personale non qualificato che non conosce nemmeno le più banali regole di benvenuto (senza andare a scomodare il concetto di "customer care" ai tempi moderni, inteso come patrimonio aziendale). A dispetto di tanti disoccupati laureati validi, spigliati e fortemente motivati, faccio appello alla Dirigenza di guardarsi un pò in giro. Sconsiglio Vivamente!!!!!! Bad experience! In spite of many valid, self-confident and highly motivated unemployed graduates, I appeal to the Management to look around a bit. I strongly advise against !!!!!!
