Una volta che l'auto è stata venduta dichiarando durante la vendita che l'auto deve essere priva di danni e di carrozzeria come nuova, dopo essersi presi carico di un danno effettuato da loro, mi soro ritrovato con la plastica protettiva sotto l'auto rotta, con conseguente rottura della minigonna, occultando visibilmente così il danno e dichiarando così che l'auto era priva di danni. Davvero deluso anche dal personale addetto alla vendita, in quanto arroganti nei miei confronti. Vergonoso da Mercedes. Esperienza che ci si può aspettare da un concessionario di livello inferiore ma di certo non da uno AUTORIZZATO MERCEDES. Per quanto mi riguarda non mi recherò mai più presso un concessionario certificato mercedes tanto meno da Bonera group. Non posso ancora crederci che mi abbiamo logorato e umiliato da parte di un concessionario di alto livello. Alto per dirsi, bassissimo nel farsi. La vettura è stata acquistata quasi 2 anni fa e mi sono riservato di dare giudizi per poter valutare il servizio a 360 gradi. Anticipo che il giudizio è più che positivo. La fase di vendita è stata ottima, siamo stati accolti nel migliore dei modi e non posso che essere soddisfatto (Marco sempre al top!). L'auto quando l'ho ritirata era pari al nuovo ed ancora ora si comporta egregiamente. L'auto viene consegnata con lo storico delle manutenzioni ed un CV vettura aggiornato, così da poter stare tranquilli. Non posso che consigliare questo concessionario! I purchased a Mercedes-Benz C-Class from the Mercedes-Benz Certified program with a 24-month warranty. The car was purchased almost 2 years ago and I reserved the right to give judgments in order to evaluate the service at 360 degrees. I anticipate that the judgment is more than positive. The sales phase was excellent, we were welcomed in the best way and I can only be satisfied (Marco always at the top!). The car was like new when I picked it up and still behaves very well now. The car is delivered with the maintenance history and an updated car CV, so you can rest assured. I can only recommend this dealer!
