★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura in generale appare anche bella visto il luogo dove ci si trova,anche se non l' avrei fatta d fianco a un centro commerciale per varie ragioni...io ho avuto esperienze solo con la reception,farmacia e una dottoressa....be' una peggio dell' altra ..la più decente e la farmacia, il personale che dovrebbe essere lì ad accoglinza sono maleducati ,incompetenti e menefreghisti .la dottoressa non e molto diversa,a mio parere io ho accompagnato una persona cara dalla dottoressa ma essendo stata presente e tirata in. Causa...come trovo scandaloso che una persona di 33anni che soffre d anoressia da 20 ,seguita dalla altro csm da 3scopre x caso che c'è il reparto apposta ma non ci può andare perché a 33anni e troppo VECCHIA...... vergogna!!come se una persona scegliesse d essere malata e l età in cui esserlo....pessimo !!!molto meglio via Amendola
It generally appears also nice since the place where you are, even if l 'd have done it next to a shopping center for various reasons ... I have only had experience with the reception, a pharmacy and a doctor ... .a 'worse than the other ..the most decent and the pharmacy, the staff that should be there to accoglinza are rude, incompetent and uncaring .the doctor is not very different, in my opinion I have accompanied a loved one to the doctor but it is having been present and pulled in. Cause ... as I find outrageous that a person suffering of anorexia 33years of 20, followed by another CSM from 3scopre x if that is the purpose department, but we can not go because 33years and too OLD ..... ashamed !! as if a person chose to be sick and the age to be sick .... very bad !!! much better via Amendola

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Personale incompetente e menefreghista. Assistenza scarsa, la psicologa presso la quale sono in carico non mi fissa l'appuntamento nonostante io ne abbia necessità alla fine del colloquio, dicendo di richiamarmi per fissarlo fra un mese. È successo più di una volta, e ogni volta si è puntualmente dimenticata di richiamare. Medico psichiatra altrettanto menefreghista. Capita che venga fissato un appuntamento al quale non si presentano, facendomi perdere tempo nel venire alla struttura. Una volta addirittura il motivo era "perché la dottoressa si era dimenticata di segnarlo in agenda". Per non parlare dei ritardi che si presentano ogni qualvolta io abbia appuntamento, a volte anche di un'ora o due. Servizio complessivo pessimo.
Bad experience. Incompetent and untrustworthy staff. Poor assistance, the psychologist with whom I am in charge does not fix my appointment, even though I need it at the end of the interview, saying to call me back to fix it in a month. It has happened more than once, and every time we have timely forgotten to recall. An equally untrustworthy psychiatrist. It happens that an appointment is fixed to which they do not arise, making me waste time coming to the structure. Once even the reason was "because the doctor had forgotten to mark it on the agenda". Not to mention the delays that occur whenever I have an appointment, sometimes even an hour or two. Bad overall service.
