Si trova a circa quattrocento metri dalla stazione ferroviaria di Zollino, ad un quadrivio di antiche vie vicinali che conducono ai paesi di Zollino, Sternatia, Soleto e Corigliano d'Otranto. È alto 4,27 metri, con facce di 55 e 27 cm. Fu trasformato in Osanna, incidendovi una Croce. Ad una certa altezza presenta un piccolo incavo in cui si racconta che venisse collocata di notte una lanterna ad olio per i viaggiatori che dovevano raggiungere Lecce
