Unico neo al momento del pagamento la Signora non mi ha operato lo sconto annunciato del 10% perché a suo giudizio spendevo poco ovvero solo 109,00 euro, questo negli altri negozi Mellusso non è mai successo, non andrò più in questo negozio. Ottime le scarpe non la gestione . Excellent place, mellusi always has good shoes, usually bought in via dei castani. S	Sara Basconi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato le scarpe da sposa il 3/07 perché non avevano il colore che cercavo in negozio ( cosa a mio avviso fatta apposta per farti fare l'ordine e di conseguenza pagare in più), la responsabile mi garantiva la consegna il 23/08 in modo che cosi avessi le scarpe per la prova finale del vestito. Le suddette scarpe non sono arrivate e come scusante mi hanno saputo solo dire che "sono tutti in ferie, ma arriveranno sicuramente entro il 1-3/09!!!". In tutto ciò sono dovuta rientrare prima dalle vacanze per andare a prendere un paio di scarpe per fare la prova del vestito. Oggi siamo al 4/09 e le mie scarpe non sono ovviamente arrivate!!!! A detta del commesso (super maleducato) "è ma qua c'è scritto che te sposi il 16/09" "io nun ce stavo, stavo in ferie" "c'ho il negozio pieno, sto a servi" "non so che ditte". Io sono rimasta allibita dalla poca professionalità e dalla poca organizzazione. Non ci si comporta così. Ordinare delle scarpe (da sposa per giunta) perché non si ha la disponibilità in negozio e rimandare di volta in volta la consegna (che secondo loro è normale visto che tanto mi sposo il 16! ) e non cercare neanche di trovare una soluzione o di contattare il fornitore. Bha finita questa storia sicuramente questo negozio non vedrà mai piu me ne nessuno dei miei conoscenti I ordered the wedding shoes on 3/07 because they did not have the color I was looking for in the shop (which in my opinion was made on purpose to make you place the order and consequently pay more), the manager guaranteed me delivery on 23/08 so that I had the shoes for the final fitting of the dress. The aforementioned shoes did not arrive and as an excuse I was only able to say that "they are all on vacation, but they will certainly arrive by 1-3 / 09 !!!". In all of this, I had to return from vacation early to fetch a pair of shoes to try on the dress. Today we are at 4/09 and my shoes have obviously not arrived !!!! According to the clerk (super rude) "it's but here it says you're getting married on 09/16" "I wasn't there, I was on vacation" "I've got the shop full, I'm serving" "I don't know what firms ". I was stunned by the lack of professionalism and lack of organization. We don't behave like that. Order shoes (bridal shoes too) because there is no availability in the store and postpone delivery from time to time (which according to them is normal since I'm getting married on the 16th!) And don't even try to find a solution or contact the supplier. Bha finished this story surely this shop will never see me again nor any of my acquaintances
