★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un paio di scarpe in questo negozio alla modica cifra di 186euro (in saldo da 250euro). Le ho indossate una sola volta sono saltate le borchie. Ho chiesto cortesemente il pezzo mancante, mi è stato risposto di scattare una foto alla scarpa per vedere se possibile reperire la borchia saltata. dopo aver inviato la foto non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta ma altresì mi è stato consigliato di andare in merceria per acquistare il pezzo mancante. Mi sembra assurdo come un negozio che vanta di tanta bellezza in tutta la zona, sia così poco disponibile e scadente.
Di certo non lo consiglio, di certo non ci metterò più piede e non le farò una buona pubblicità.
I bought a pair of shoes in this shop for the modest sum of 186 euros (on sale from 250 euros). I wore them only once and the studs jumped. I politely asked for the missing piece, I was told to take a photo of the shoe to see if possible to find the skipped stud. after sending the photo I have not received any response but I was also advised to go to the haberdashery to buy the missing piece. It seems absurd to me how a shop that boasts of such beauty all over the area is so unavailable and poor.
I certainly don't recommend it, I certainly won't set foot in it again and I won't make good publicity.

Dal giorno della mia laurea (2019) ad oggi non le ho mai tolte per non rinunciare alla loro comodità e versatilità. Inoltre sono ultra resistenti, dopo averle usate per qualsiasi cosa, solo ora danno qualche segno di cedimento.
I bought a pair of shoes for my graduation. The clerk told me that they would be very comfortable, more than the newbalances or the like. And so it was. From the day of my graduation (2019) to today I have never removed them in order not to give up their comfort and versatility. They are also ultra resistant, after using them for anything, only now do they give some signs of subsidence.
