★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiami per un'informazione ti mettono in attesa per un bel po'..finalmente rispondono e dicono che sono occupati,richiamare tra un quarto d'ora. Riprovo tra un quarto d'ora risponde un altra persona,chiedi da capo l'informazione e dice che non ne sa nulla. Siccome la sua collega ha la postazione con il PC occupato mi chiede di lasciargli il numero e mi richiama lui tra 5 minuti per verificare questa mia richiesta!! Passano 20 minuti,nulla...richiamo io per la terza volta risponde una voce registrata e dice che gli uffici sono chiusi! Mah..senza parole..incompetenti e ignoranti.
You call for information and they put you on hold for quite a while .. finally they answer and say they are busy, call back in a quarter of an hour. I try again in a quarter of an hour another person answers, you ask for the information again and says that he doesn't know anything about it. Since his colleague has the station with the PC busy he asks me to leave him the number and he calls me back in 5 minutes to verify my request !! 20 minutes pass, nothing ... I call for the third time, a recorded voice answers and says that the offices are closed! Mah .. without words .. incompetent and ignorant.
