★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viaggio organizzato bene come sempre! Stavolta durante lo sbarco ( crociera) mi hanno danneggiato una valigia rigida. In pochi giorni si sono interessati della mia pratica e ( pur gestendo tutte le prenotazioni di agosto) ho già avuto la notifica del rimborso. Grazie a tutti come sempre!
Trip organized as good as ever! This time during the landing (cruise) I was damaged a rigid suitcase. In a few days they took notice of my practice and (although I managed all the bookings for August) I had already received notification of the refund. Thank you all as always!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima agenzia di viaggi, personale molto competente e risolutivo, nel nostro caso credo il proprietario, si è adoperato molto per farci prendere un pacchetto completo che era oramai esaurito , ma conoscendo bene il suo lavoro ha contattato direttamente il direttore della struttura e così abbiamo potuto usufruire della promozione, che dire grazie veramente. ......secondo me questo è quello che si aspetta chi vuole fare una vacanza. .questo è il valore aggiunto di chi lavora seriamente, poche chiacchiere ma risolutivi. ..grazie ancora Giorgio e Claudia.
Excellent travel agency, very competent and decisive staff, in our case I believe the owner, he worked hard to get us a complete package that was by now sold out, but knowing his job well he contacted the manager of the structure directly and so we could take advantage of the promotion, what to say thanks really. ...... in my opinion this is what you expect those who want to take a vacation. .this is the added value of those who work seriously, few small talk but decisive ones. .. thanks again Giorgio and Claudia.

Da quando abbiamo deciso di partire Emanuela è stata sempre disponibile e pronta a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, ci ha seguito in tutte le fasi dalla prenotazione, dal ceck in on line fino al contatto diretto con l'assicurazione quando la compagnia aerea al ritorno ha smarrito il mio bagaglio( riconsegnato a casa dal corriere due giorni dopo).
Entrando in agenzia sei già in vacanza, non devi più pensare a nulla, solo a goderti le ferie.
È stata una vacanza bellissima e indimenticabile!
