Ora la presenza dello chef Mehdi gli ha dato una bella svolta, unendo i sapori nostrani a quelli della sua terra d'origine. Il menù, non è un vero menù poiché le portate arrivano a sorpresa da ispirazione dello chef. Noi in abbinata abbiamo allegato anche la degustazione vini, devo dire niente male! Ad ogni piatto c'è la spiegazione dello chef Mehdi che con competenza e simpatia ti fa venire l'acquolina in bocca. Complimenti! I had been to Casa Pautasso a few years ago. Now the presence of the chef Mehdi has given him a nice change, combining our local flavors with those of his homeland. The menu is not a real menu since the courses come as a surprise from the chef's inspiration. In combination we have also attached the wine tasting, I must say not bad! For each dish there is the explanation of the chef Mehdi who with competence and sympathy makes your mouth water. Well done!

L’idea dei menu’ a sorpresa, con la scelta dei vini direttamente in cantina prima di iniziare la cena, e’ molto originale. Ottima professionalità dello Chef Medhi nel raccontare i piatti e complimenti per esssere riuscito a far vivere un’esperienza unica ed emozionante! Super welcoming place, well furnished and relaxing atmosphere. The idea of the surprise menus, with the choice of wines directly in the cellar before starting dinner, is very original. Chef Medhi's excellent professionalism in describing the dishes and congratulations for being able to make you live a unique and exciting experience!

Locale accogliente e ben curato, cucina eccezionale con menù a "sorpresa" dal quale si percepisce tutta la passione del giovane CHEF molto presente in sala e con particolare attenzione a mettere a proprio agio l'ospite. Assolutamente apprezzata l'influenza delle sue origini! Bravi, bravi,bravi! 5 stars all deserved, pleasant discovery! La cura dei piatti è ai minimi dettagli e molto originale. Complimenti allo staff e soprattutto complimenti a Mehdi, simpatico e molto disponibile nel fornire la spiegazione del piatto, in grado di creare un’oasi di bontà dentro una location fine e di classe. The care of the dishes is down to the smallest detail and very original.
