L	Luca Torraco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il pranzo e l’esperienza nel ristorante sono state perfette. Ci ha ricevuto Michela con gentilezza e cortesia in un’atmosfera luminosa e elegante. I piatti dello chef Domenico erano ottimi e risuonavano del suo amore e della sua passione. Tutte le persone dello staff sono state eccellenti nel servizio e sempre disponibili e solari. Una piacevole scoperta. Io e la mia compagna Michelle ci torneremo sicuramente. Da provare a occhi chiusi. Lunch and restaurant experience were perfect. Michela received us with kindness and courtesy in a bright and elegant atmosphere. The dishes of chef Domenico were excellent and resonated with his love and passion. All the staff were excellent in their service and always available and cheerful. A pleasant discovery. Me and my partner Michelle will definitely be back. Try it with your eyes closed.

Era la prima volta che andavo e ho provato il menù degustazione a base di carciofi data la stagione beh non potevo chiedere di meglio. Il conto giusto anzi il prezzo per gli eventi e le serate a tema tipo San Valentino mi sono sembrati sotto la media considerando la posizione del locale l'impeccabile servizio e la qualità della cucina. Ci tornerò sicuramente ho troppe cose ancora che voglio assaggiare ? Very nice and well-kept restaurant, qualified and polite and nice staff but the most important thing is that you eat very well !!! It was the first time I went and I tried the artichoke tasting menu given the season well I could not ask for better. On the contrary, the right price for the events and theme nights like Valentine's Day seemed to me to be below average considering the location of the restaurant, the impeccable service and the quality of the cuisine. I will definitely be back I have too many things yet that I want to taste ?

In occasione della prima delle serate speciali di fine estate al Castello di Miradolo, abbiamo potuto nuovamente apprezzare l'alta professionalità dello staff del Ristorante Piazza Duomo in tutti i suoi aspetti: - dall'accoglienza e ospitalità di Michela e Pietro, sempre attenti ad accontentare e coccolare i clienti; Michela riesce a instaurare con ogni cliente un rapporto speciale presentandosi sempre con affabilità e attenzione ai desideri della persona; - dalla genuinità e bontà dei piatti preparati dallo Chef Fabio e dal suo collaboratore, utilizzando materie prime di qualità tra cui i prodotti dell'orto del Castello; abbiamo apprezzato tutte le portate della cena, dall'antipasto al dolce: non banali, molto curate nell'estetica e nel gusto, presentate in dettaglio senza timore di rispondere a curiosità e di svelare piccoli segreti del mestiere; - alla qualità dei vini di accompagnamento, perfettamente scelti e descritti da Pietro, che non manca mai di raccontare l'origine e le caratteristiche di ciascun vino facendone apprezzare le peculiarità; - infine alla splendida cornice del Castello e del suo immenso parco, dove il ristorante si integra in una atmosfera suggestiva, quasi fiabesca. On the occasion of the first of the special late summer evenings at the Miradolo Castle, we were once again able to appreciate the high professionalism of the Piazza Duomo restaurant staff in all its aspects: - from the welcome and hospitality of Michela and Pietro, always careful to please and pamper customers; Michela manages to establish a special relationship with each client, always presenting herself with affability and attention to the person's wishes; - from the genuineness and goodness of the dishes prepared by Chef Fabio and his collaborator, using quality raw materials including products from the Castle's vegetable garden; we enjoyed all the courses of the dinner, from appetizers to desserts: not trivial, with great attention to aesthetics and taste, presented in detail without fear of responding to curiosity and revealing little secrets of the trade; - the quality of the accompanying wines, perfectly chosen and described by Pietro, who never fails to tell the origin and characteristics of each wine making them appreciate the peculiarities; - finally to the splendid setting of the Castle and its immense park, where the restaurant is integrated into a suggestive, almost fairytale-like atmosphere. Il menu è in grado di soddisfare ogni esigenza, lo staff gentilissimo, i piatti della cucina presentati bene, all'altezza delle aspettative. Rapporto qualità-prezzo corretto. Dolci davvero strepitosi...da ritornarci sicuramente! Great experience in a beautiful restaurant. The menu is able to satisfy every need, the very kind staff, the dishes presented well, up to expectations. Correct price-quality ratio. Really amazing desserts ... definitely worth returning!

Buoni i tagliarini con porcini e le penne con calamari e n'duja anche se la n'duja non era molto presente. Entrecote cotta al punto giusto e gustosa, guancia di vitello cotta a bassa temperatura, tenera come il burro e davvero buona. Per finire: una bavarese spettacolare e un ottima torta Zurigo. Prezzi un po' sopra la media compreso il ricarico sui vini (il Blangé di Ceretto a 30€, in ristoranti dello stesso livello lo si trova a 25€). Porzioni giuste, in una bella location, curata e con servizio impeccabile. La consiglio, noi ritorneremo. Elegant and refined restaurant with excellent cuisine. We started with a Fassone tartare with fresh porcini, seasoned to perfection. The tagliarini with porcini mushrooms and penne with squid and n'duja are good even if the n'duja was not very present. Entrecote cooked to the right point and tasty, veal cheek cooked at low temperature, tender as butter and really good. To finish: a spectacular Bavarian and an excellent Zurich cake. Prices a little above average including the mark-up on wines (the Blangé di Ceretto at € 30, in restaurants of the same level it is available at € 25). Right portions, in a beautiful location, well-kept and with impeccable service. I recommend it, we will return.
