Nella sala pesi l istruttore Valerio è molto preparato. Adatta personalmente l allenamento alle esigenze di ogni singolo.
È molto rispettoso disponibile ed educato.
La sala non è molto grande ma c é buona atmosfera nel rispetto reciproco.

In the weight room the instructor Valerio is very prepared. Personally adapt the training to the needs of each individual.
He is very respectful available and polite.
The room is not very big but there is a good atmosphere in mutual respect.

La palestra ha una sala pesi molto piccola, che però è stipata di attrezzi (peraltro molti sono vecchiotti), quindi già da vuota non si passa, bisogna fare la gimcana. Negli orari serali "di punta", è iper affollata e spesso per usare un attrezzo si fa la fila. Inoltre, non c'è un ricambio d'aria sufficiente, costringendo ad aprire la porta dell'uscita di emergenza che dà direttamente sulla strada. Le schede sono a pagamento e lo staff ,per la mia esperienza, non è stato disponibile a dare consigli e/o indicazioni extra-scheda, a seguito di una semplice richiesta di supporto, un istruttore si è dimostrato anche scortese e alquanto presuntuoso. Non sono riuscita mai a provare i corsi pur avendo un annuale.
Crowded with people ... and tools!
The gym has a very small weight room, but it is crammed with tools (many are old), so you don't even pass by empty, you have to play gimcana. In the "peak" evening hours, it is hyper crowded and often, to use a tool, you queue up. Furthermore, there is not enough air exchange, forcing the emergency exit door to open directly onto the road. The cards are paid and the staff, in my experience, has not been available to give advice and / or extra-card indications, following a simple request for support, an instructor has also proved rude and somewhat presumptuous. I was never able to try the courses despite having an annual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra, tutti gentilii e disponibili, istruttori molto professionali; ci vado ormai da 12 anni ed è senza dubbio la migliore palestra di Ostia.
Excellent gym, all kind and helpful, very professional instructors; I've been going there for 12 years now and it's undoubtedly the best gym in Ostia.
