★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto pulita, personale gentile e disponibile. Molti corsi differenziati per ogni necessità tranne la piscina che non è presente. Prezzi degli abbonamenti molto convenienti. Unica pecca sono i gettoni mensili inclusi, 15, per poter usare l'acqua calda e il phon quando dovrebbe essere tutto incluso nell'abbonamento.
 Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Many different courses for every need except the swimming pool which is not present. Very affordable subscription prices. The only flaw are the included monthly tokens, 15, to be able to use hot water and the hairdryer when everything should be included in the subscription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una palestra dotata di attrezzature e organizzazione di livello superiore: macchinari recenti e uniformi, gestione prenotazioni e messaggistica su app, badge per ingresso/uscita, per attivare le docce e gli asciugacapelli, borraccia con chip che attiva il distributore di bevande. Inoltre, all'esterno c'è un parcheggio abbastanza capiente, e il lato ovest si affaccia su un'oasi della LIPU.
Sí tratta di un'iniziativa della Regione Lazio per fare un intervento sul tessuto sociale di una parte di Ostia che va risollevata.

Es un Gimnasio de última generación totalmente equipado con máquinas modernas de todo tipo.
Cuenta con 2 plantas en las cuales están repartidas diferentes áreas como;
La sala de musculación, que cuenta con varios tipos de máquinas para trabajar todos los músculos o grupos musculares.
Cuenta con una sala de spinning, una de cardio con máquinas como caminadoras, elípticas, escaladoras, etc.
También con salas para clases aeróbicas y salones para artes marciales.
Los vestuarios son modernos e higiénicos, en general todo el gimnasio cuenta con una higiene de primera.
El personal muy majo aunque un poco ausente en la sala de aparatos.
El gimnasio cierra a las 22 y cuenta con un espacio privado donde poder aparcar el coche.
Va de lunes a Sábados.

The changing rooms are modern and hygienic, in general the entire gym has first class hygiene.
Very nice staff although a little absent in the equipment room.
The gym closes at 22 and has a private space where you can park your car.
It goes from Monday to Saturday.
