Nel mattino del 15 luglio 2019, mi sono messo in contatto con un ufficio del Comando Gruppo Carabinieri di Ostia, tramite il numero di telefono che ho trovato sul sito internet.
All'interlocutore, dopo essermi identificato, ho riferito che ero in possesso di informazioni di probabile interesse operativo che avrei voluto consegnare al Nucleo Investigativo.
Lo stesso mi invitava a presentarmi in caserma e di riferire tali notizie all´ufficiale di collegamento.
Verso le nove e mezza sono andato in caserma e dopo essere stato identificato (le mie generalità sono nel registro delle persone che vi accedono), il militare di servizio dopo aver comunicato a chi di dovere il mio arrivo mi diceva di attenere 5 minuti per poi essere ricevuto.
Trascorsi 20 minuti, non ho avuto neanche l onore della sala d'aspetto, mi riconsegnava il mio documento invitandomi ad andare a fare la mia segnalazione in altro comando.

To the interlocutor, after identifying myself, I reported that I was in possession of information of probable operating interest that I would have liked to deliver to the Investigative Unit.
The same invited me to introduce myself to the barracks and to report this information to the liaison officer.
Around nine-thirty I went to the police station and after being identified (my general are in the register of persons who access it), the service military after reporting to the proper authorities I arrived telling me to follow five minutes and then to be received.
After 20 minutes, I have not even had the honor of the waiting room, I riconsegnava my document inviting me to go for my report in another command.
