E	Emy Naselli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo che in un gruppo ci sia sempre qualcuno che non rientra nelle buone maniere. Il 28 ottobre sono andata a fare una denuncia di smarrimento di un BancoPosta. Quel giorno trovai un carabiniere veramente gentile ed educato. Con la denuncia andai alla posta ma c'era stata una trascrizione sbagliata dei numeri della carta e non ho potuto richiedere il bancoposta nuovo. E vabbè mi sono detta capita. Torno a distanza di giorni dai carabinieri. Appena entro spiego gentilmente il problema senza fare polemica, perché chi lavora può sbagliare e di risposta mi sento dire con molta saccenza: e lei dal 28/10 torna oggi? Rispondo molto alterata che son tornata quando potevo. Visto l'arroganza di quel carabinieri io avrei potuto rispondere che: uno,per colpa vostra son tornata a fare una cosa che avrei dovuto già concludere e due: le persone,anche se in divisa non dovrebbero, soprattutto dopo uno sbaglio, permettersi di rimproverare le persone. Bisogna sempre tenere presente che difronte si ha una persona che potrebbe vivere chissà quale disagio famigliare o personale e non ha bisogno di uno sciocco rimprovero..oltretutto non richiesto. Ci vorrebbe, con le persone sane delicatezza e cortesia I believe that in a group there is always someone who does not fit into good manners. With the complaint I went to the post office but there was a wrong transcription of the card numbers and I could not request the new bancoposta. And oh well I said I understood. I'll be back after a few days from the carabinieri. As soon as I enter, I politely explain the problem without making controversy, because those who work can make mistakes and in response I hear myself saying a lot: and since 28/10 is it back today? I respond very altered that I returned when I could. Given the arrogance of that carabinieri I could have replied that: one, because of you I went back to doing something that I should have already concluded and two: people, even if in uniform, should not, especially after a mistake, afford to reproach people. Con la loro fiamma oggi hanno illuminato i cuori dei nostri piccoli e grandi studenti. Un sentito grazie di vero cuore a tutti! Hanno tutta la nostra gratitudine! Alle volte noi cittadini dovremmo porgerci nella maniera giusta verso questi ragazzi che con mille difficoltà cercano di svolgere il loro lavoro al meglio. Gentilezza chiama gentilezza ;) We went to the headquarters for a report of my mother's purse being stolen. They were all very kind and helpful, they didn't stop for a second.
