We went to this place for lunch at around c3pm. It was relatively empty with only a couple of tables taken.
We were immediately greeted in the most welcoming and sweet way, which seat expectations for a fantastic service through out the lunch. We are happy to confirm - all our expectations were met. This gem indeed has impeccable service.
Food was incredible as well. I went for antipasto insalata del mare (or something alongside these lines) - fish mix. My husband had steak and salad. We also ordered a couple of Aperol Spritzes. Frankly, they were the best spritzes we have tried in Italy so far (quite pricy, though. €8 per Spritz vs avatar price of €5-5.50).
Strongly recommend!

Our worst restaurant experience in Italy: Rome, Florence, Venice.
Our reservation was lost by the doorman/ host [ long hair w/ man bun ] who mentioned we would be the next possible table to be seated [ not true]. We arrived on time only to wait for 25min past reservation time to be seated while 2 other parties were seated prior.
After being seated and drink order being placed, we waited for 15min without simple still water being delivered to table. In the meantime another table [girls] were promptly seated and treated with apps and drinks. I was forced to go inside and ask for service.
The staff seem more interested in entertainment [girls] and clowning with jokes rather than prompt professional service. We noticed other couples experiencing slow service times as well across multiple tables.
The menu is bland and over priced. We honestly wanted to leave but already invested so much time to be seated and served prior to seeing the menu.
( We would have ordered differently under normal circumstances ) Worst beef steak, bad cut of meat and left untrimmed, need to removed from menu. In the states we would use this for fajitas. The wife ordered grilled shrimp ( ended up being sautéed) it’s was ok ( not worth the wait).
There are far better restaurants, do not waist your time or money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gnocchi I had in Italy, so good I ordered a second entree of it. The texture was perfect, and it had the perfect amount of cheese mixed it. This place also really just had a lovely ambiance, and the night I went with my partner, we were serenaded by someone playing Italian songs on guitar while enjoying the Cliffside views. Would recommend anyone go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was recommended by our hotel… they had live music (we went on Friday night) which added to the atmosphere but the food was delicious. Will totally come back. Kid friendly (they made the kids whatever pasta they wanted).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The risotto is super flavourful, the pastas are seasoned well and al dente, the seafood in all dishes are cooked perfectly. The experience is simply so awesome, coz usually when you’d go into a restaurant, the waiters are usually in the same uniform, greeting you with fake warmth, but all the wait staffs here had their own vibe/ charisma, which was refreshing to see, great service.
