Dovevo prendere solo un certificato per il quale avevo scritto una e-mail e concordato la mia venuta richiesta non capisco a quale titolo visto che si possono da anni mandare per posta elettronica… Evidentemente considerano i “pazienti” non solo di nome ma anche di fatto! New facility with friendly reception staff. Maybe not very careful since they forgot about me for 40 minutes. P	Pietro Martoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ecografia addominale presso Medilab San Carlo totalmente inattendibile in quanto è stata sottoposta all'attenzione di uno specialista gastroenterologo di un importante Ospedale a Roma che ha appurato come , dall'ecografia effettuata, non si capisca cosa sia stato rilevato : come anche specificato nella relazione fornitami. Ho dovuto rifare l'ecografia presso altra struttura Ospedaliera a Roma per ottenere un ecografia "esatta". Di fronte alle mie rimostranze prima mi viene proposto un buono, poi si ritratta e si propone la ripetizione dell'ecografia, poi si ritratta ancora e vengo invitato a parlare con il Dottore che ha effettuato l'esame ecografico. Finché sono i certificatini per attività non agonistica ok ma per esami più importanti sconsiglio totalmente questa struttura. Un errore ci può anche stare ma i continui ripensamenti dopo la mia segnalazione hanno dato il segnale di poca serietà. Emiliano Coletta e visto il Suo riscontro più che positivo per serietà e professionalità sia della centro che del medico, ho scelto anch'io Medilab San Carlo per eseguire una MOC di controllo. Devo dire che sono rimasta molto soddisfatta: esame ad un costo accessibile e prenotato in due giorni in orario che preferivo, personale alle reception cortese e disponibile, tempo di attesa 5 minuti, nessun affollamento visto il momento covid, esame eseguito in poco tempo da un garbato radiologo che mi ha rilasciato subito referto.
