Si fanno esercizi in palestra, "seguiti" dal preparatore atletico in gruppi di 4/5 persone. Va da sé che si viene seguiti poco e niente. Anche perché per buona parte del tempo il suddetto preparatore atletico sta alla scrivania a fare cose sue. Spiegazione dell'esercizio per 30 secondi, poi arrangiati. Il tutto per 60 euro a "lezione". Consiglio: andate da un fisioterapista serio, che vi segue seriamente. Costa uguale e non rischiate di fare danni maggiori di quelli che avete già, facendo in malo modo gli esercizi. Opinion on athletic training following injury, made to the medicus. Mi ha raccomandato una serie di esami di approfondimento, (chiaramente, tra le righe, presso la Medicus, e a che prezzo!), per approfondire e risolvere la situazione. Decido di eseguire gli esami presso un'altra clinica, con uno stimato e conosciuto primario e...tutto risulta perfettamente nella norma. Nessuna patologia che potesse bloccare l'attività agonistica. Che strano... Torno con i referti dal dr. Milan, che mi accoglie e redige il certificato senza mai avere il coraggio di guardarmi negli occhi!!! A shame. The dr. Unica cosa da considerare per gli appuntamenti: parcheggi all´ingresso limitati, durante l´ora di punta (pomeriggi-sera). Non sanno neanche misurare il battito avevo 120 di bpm dopo il test (si legge nel computer) e mi hanno segnato 140...avranno tutti la terza media ahaha incompetent ...
