P	Paola Penna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono dispiaciuta moltissimo perché ogni mese compro minimo 30 euro di cartucce presso il negozio di città fiera e l altro giorno dopo aver visto la cartuccia giusta mi è stato proposto unialtra confezione convenienza che la commessa mi ha dato in un sacchetto. Io non ho purtroppo controllato fidandomi che fosse la stessa cartuccia originale. A casa mio figlio ha cambiato la cartuccia che non andava, così ho chiamato non pretendendo un cambio ma almeno un piccolo sconto per l acquisto di una nuova confezione. Niente, sono sempre la solita sfortunata non si trovano più i negozianti di un tempo, peccato hanno perso un buon cliente e dimostrato che vale piu il guadagno di mantenere un buon rapporto con la propria clientela. Mi propongono quelle compatibili ma io non mi fido, in passato ho già avuto esperienze negative con le compatibili. Alla fine la ragazza mi convince a prendere almeno quella che ho già esaurito e non mi consente di stampare. La prendo e la installo. Dopo circa un mese, la stampante segnala che la cartuccia è vuota (mi durano circa un anno e per alcun motivo ho stampato in quel mese quello che stampo in un intero anno). Sono andato in negozio a chiedere la restituzione dei soldi (perchè di una vera e propria fregatura si è trattato) e mi hanno solo "concesso" di acquistare una cartuccia originale dovendo pagare la differenza. Questi negozi devono chiudere. Affidatevi a comprare cartucce originali su amazon. Vi arriveranno al volo senza dovervi muovere da casa. I took a sound rip-off. Like every year, I go to this shop to get the kit of 4 toner cartridges but this time they don't have the original ones. They offer me the compatible ones but I don't trust them, in the past I have already had negative experiences with the compatible ones. In the end the girl convinces me to take at least the one I have already run out and does not allow me to print. I take it and install it. After about a month, the printer reports that the cartridge is empty (they last me about a year and for no reason I printed in that month what I print in a whole year). I went to the shop to ask for the money back (because it was a real rip-off) and they only "allowed" me to buy an original cartridge having to pay the difference. These stores need to close. Rely on buying original cartridges on amazon. They will arrive on the fly without having to leave home.
