★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in a convenient place, but that's mostly it. Prices are high and product selection is poor, especially the sound devices (e.g. headphones, speakers) and the PC sections.
In its defence I can only say that this is probably the best electronics store in Trento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There warranty is non existent. Phone that broken never got repaired since 6 months now. They use pathetic excuse, and are spinning me around for months now. I had to purchase new phone elswhere, and never gonna walk in there again. I would recommend everyone to avoid it for big purchase. Because once it breaks down under warranty you may end up like me. You are more safe at buying on internet then in this store.

The staff is kind and helpful, but there can be some waiting to get them to assist you. Go there with time to spare if you think you will be needing assistance in selecting a product.

The store is really big and well stocked, the prices are competitive (it is a franchise so the prices are the same in every Mediaworld). The custumer service can be slow at times and you might want to avoid the busiest hours if you need a thorough service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service & very big selection of products. In my opinion, it`s more professional than the British alternative of it. I'm not a big fun of mayor retailers and I find MediaWorld also a little bit pricey but if you`d like to get an immersive shopping experience and don`t mind to pay for extra services it can be your place. Otherwise, it`s a great shop to find out valuable information about products and discover the latest tech available on the market.
