★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver pagato 28€ per un aggiornamento dal cellulare di mia figlia è sparito l’ID. Dopo essere tornata più volte ed aver specificato che c’erano delle restrizioni nessuno ha capito che con l’aggiornamento aveva l’ID bloccato a seguito della funzione famiglia. Il personale non dovrebbe solo vendere ma conoscere bene i programmi e le app!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato ipad pro 11" in data 06.09.2020, Frida la commessa, con infinita pazienza mi ha permesso di provare la pencil di 2a generazione, sulla quale nutrivo notevoli dubbi essendo io appassionata di carta e di cancelleria, illustrandomi le differenze tra prima e scondaa generazione, e con altrettanta infinita pazienza mi ha fatto analizzare i motivi per cui acquistavo l'ipad, guidandomi nella scelta del device migliore in base alle necessità esposte, spiegandomi le differenze e confrontando i vari modelli.
Mi ha inoltre illustrato la possibilità dello sconto studenti per gli studenti universitari e la possibilità del pagamento con pagodil.
Apple è sempre sinonimo di garanzia e commessi con una pazienza tale sono rari da trovare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soddisfatta di essere stata servita da una ragazza con i capelli lunghi e neri della quale non so il nome, gentile professionale e rapida non come il suo collega del quale ho sentito il nome Daniele che non ha salutato, ha fatto di tutto pur di non servirci , perdendo tempo in qualsiasi modo possibile ed immaginabile, scortese maleducato e molto poco rispettoso dei clienti che erano li ad aspettare da 30 minuti mentre lui entrava ed usciva dal retro senza ripeto me salutare ne servire nessun cliente... mentre la collega cercava di fare del suo meglio.
Infatti quando si è deciso a servire perchè 5 clienti in fila dentro più quelli fuori gli stessi si sono rifiutati e hanno detto no grazie aspettiamo la ragazza. Tre stelle ma la ragazza ne meritava 5
