★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre al ritardo della consegna degli elettrodomestici aquistati, l'istallazione è stata fatta da personale non proprio disponibile e sicutamente poco formato nel rispetto delle normative di sicurezza dato che mi hanno collegato il forno con il nastro isolante sicuri del fatto che non avrei controllato. Giuduzio non positivo.

Incompetenti e furbetti...ho acquistato un PC un mese fa: chiamo per assistenza e mi dicono: ti passiamo il caporeparto. Squilli su squilli e la chiamata va giù. Ho chiamato diverse volte e non rispondono più.
Ridicoli a dir poco!
Not recommended! Nothing assistance. Once the product has been purchased, any problem remains with the customer.
Incompetent and crafty ... I bought a PC a month ago: I call for assistance and they tell me: we'll give you the foreman. Ring on ring and the call goes down. I called several times and they no longer answer.
Ridiculous to say the least!

Solo chiacchiere, per fare un contratto in più della WIND. Non vi fidate. Dicono che non ci sono penali in caso di disdetta, Ca**ata. Chiami per informazioni, un'ora di attesa e nemmeno rispondono. Al limite tra il ridicolo e il tragico. Fa bene Amazon a fare quello che fa...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisogna credere che nel 2022 in un reparto grandi elettrodomestici si lasci da sola una signora oltre la mezza età con competenza zero su classi energetiche e su tutto il resto. Sguardi tipo "questo sta venendo proprio da me?".... Oppure tipo "speriamo esca dalla mia area di reparto". Non lamentiamoci se venditori online spazzano quotidianamente via anche questi ultimi fisici punti vendita. Negozio sconsigliato, poco fornito e assenza di competenza.
We must believe that in 2022 in a large appliances department a woman over the middle age with zero competence in energy classes and everything else will be left alone. Looks like "is this coming right from me?" .... Or like "let's hope it gets out of my ward area". Let's not complain if online sellers wipe out even these last physical outlets on a daily basis. Shop not recommended, poorly stocked and lack of expertise.
