★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello i got this problem. A couple of days ago I bought 2 menus with a credit card. When I tried to pay, I got an error and I tried to pay again and everything worked out. But today they took money from me for that purchase. But I didn’t do it because I’m already in another country. Is there any way to get the money back?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nasty worker there won't let unvaccinated people use the toilet.Literally ran after me as she saw me heading to the toilet. These people are insane. Bet she would have loved Germany in the 1930s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing against McDonald's but when you're all the way here on Sicily, you might as well try their own take on fast food. It's equally unhealthy but I'd rather you patronize the local businesses instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Following the new rules and regulations on covid 19, I can say they are really cautious and people are not allowed to have dinner here but take away. The place is neat, organised and the workers are polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The raw green salad which we ate here caused terrible food poisoning for me and my husband. There was also minimal dressing to the salad so it wasn’t even a good one. This meant all plans for our last day needed to be cancelled. We’d give this place zero stars if we could.

Waiting 50+ minute for a pre-made microwaved burger (gluten free burgers are not made fresh) that is not only served cold but the meat also rotten is the opposite of acceptable, by any standards.
Charging money for this trash should be punishable under criminal law.
