★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Mi hanno regalato un anello il quale, in un primo momento ho subito notato che la misura era grande, allora l'ho portato a farlo stringere. Quando sono andata a ritirarlo, l'anello era evidentemente danneggato.... aperto tra le 2 estremità, allora lo faccio nuovamente presente., le signore sorelle lo riprendono per ripararlo e nel momento in cui lo ritiro era ancora una volta danneggiato... cose assurde. È da 40 giorni e ancora oggi non ho potuto avere il piacere e l'onore di poter indossare il mio anello. Recandomi anche un danno economico perché non somo di Catania e devo viaggiare per potermi recare in questa gioielleria, inoltre sono anche molto prevenute, scontrose e scortesi, subito sulla difensiva tutte le volte che provo a parlare
