★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In fase di ristrutturazione lo abbiamo scelto perchè ci era stato garantito la presenza della merce entro una settimana. Conclusione dopo diverse visite, telefonate, materiale rovinato, sostituito con altro rovinato peggio, in breve, ordine dei primi maggio 2020, fine installazione tutta la merce, fine ottobre 2020. Prezzi fuori mercato per una qualità scadente dei materiali. Noi siamo stati costretti da pressione della ditta ristrutturatrice e covid. Spero di non dover più a che fare con venditori del genere. In allegato il mobiletto del bagno cambiato e garantito come perfetto. Non glielo riportiamoperchè abbiamo perso la speranza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vuoi fare un abbonamento di mattonelle devi accontentarti della foto. Sconsigliatissimo prendere una mattonella e abbinarla ad una foto meglio acquistare online e far fallire sti negozianti che non hanno voglia di guadagnare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessuno mette in dubbio la qualità dei prodotti e la bontà dei prezzi. Quello che lascia interdetti è la poca disponibilità e pazienza del personale di vendita. Alla fine mi sono sentito dire che per pochi metri di mattonelle non valeva la pena perdere tempo con me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, la venditrice falsa e scorretta, ogni errore veniva scaricato sulla ditta che neanche a farlo apposta ci é stata presentata proprio da lei. L’ amministrazione sembra un terno all’ otto, 18 bolle che nemmeno il commercialista riusciva a comprendere e anche qui ovviamente la colpa era sempre di altri. La ciliegia sulla torta é stato il battiscopa che nonostante gli sia stato consegnato per ordinarlo nuovamente sono riusciti ad ordinarlo con le misure sbagliate per ben 3 volte. Dopo 4 mesi di attesa per un aggiunta del box doccia che secondo la loro venditrice era stato ordinato alla casa madre , allo scarico tanto desiderato si sono presentati con un tubo comprato da le Roy merlin e ovviamente inutile e rimandato indietro.
VERGOGNATEVI .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non è possibile mettere 0 stelle altrimenti lo avrei fatto, comunque vi consiglio di spendere i vostri soldi in qualsiasi altro negozio visto che ce ne sono molti più corretti e anche con più scelta, inoltre leggete bene tutte le recensioni degli altri utenti per farvi un idea.
Una volta agganciato il cliente l'attenzione verso lo stesso diventa nulla, una volta presi i soldi se ci sono problemi poi il commerciale che prima era gentile diventa inesistente e neanche ti risponde più al telefono.
Abbiamo effettuato nel negozio MCTiles più di 10 mila euro di spesa tra materiali per ristrutturare, mobilio, sanitari e di fronte ad un copriwater da 120 euro sballato dal titolare della ditta che ci stava eseguendo i lavori che inoltre e' la stessa persona che ci aveva consigliato Mc Tiles Srl trovato scheggiato hanno riversato su di noi la responsabilità dichiarando che non era possibile la sostituzione, la ditta Azzurra non lo poteva cambiare e loro logicamente invece di provvedere e farsi fare un reso mi hanno proposto un nuovo acquisto scontato.E tutto ciò dopo un mese circa dalla richiesta del cambio e dopo diverse telefonate fatte a vuoto per avere notizie.
Spero che la mia recensione possa servire ad altre persone e che queste possano scegliere posti migliori per spendere i propri soldi
Mentre Mc Tiles spero che capisca che il cliente perso non è uno solo e che il passaparola ha ancora un valore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza a dir poco piacevole! Al momento dell’ordine l’ addetta alle vendite si è posta in maniera gentile, certo visto l’ordine fatto poi dopo è stato un grosso scivolone.
Ordini sbagliati! Dove una volta mostrato l’errore rimandavano nuovamente un ordine errato!
Dalle piastrelle, al battiscopa, ai box doccia per entrambi i bagni, alla gamba della cucina e la Kappa della cucina, la vasca da bagno, i sanitari, il mobile del bagno ( avuto ieri dopo 3 mesi di attesa e non ancora incompleto in quanto hanno sbagliato anche la luce dello specchio ) Materiale rotto, abbiamo invitato più volte a rimediare all’errore commesso, il risultato ?
Davano colpe a terzi, la meravigliosa addetta alle vendite ci ha chiuso il telefono in faccia, mandando un messaggio ineducato e bloccandoci!
Ad oggi 8 aprile a 3 mesi dalla conclusione dei lavori di ristrutturazione, nonostante i lavori sono andati ben oltre la scadenza, ci hanno rimandato un pezzo dell’ordine mancante SBAGLIATO!!! Per la terza volta
E non ti chiedono neanche scusa anzi ti attaccano!
Posso anche capire l’errore una volta e no due, tre, quattro volte di seguito sullo stesso materiale e poi L’ essere ineducati è una cosa che non accetto.
La ristrutturazione è già di per se uno stress ma avere a che fare con persone incompetenti come la MCTILES lo rende un vero calvario
Avrei potuto fare questa recensione già un paio di mesi fa ma non amo fare recensioni negative preferisco lasciar correre. Tuttavia visto l’ennesimo errore e la poca educazione dell’altro giorno ho scelto di non tacere più!!!!

I could have done this review a couple of months ago but I don't like making negative reviews I prefer to let it go. However, given the umpteenth mistake and the lack of education the other day, I chose not to be silent anymore !!!!
