Più che un meccanico ho conosciuto un grande professionista con una spiccate capacità tecniche e elettroniche che non e facile trovare , ho affidato piu volte la mia auto bmw ed ogni volta oltre ad essere soddisfatto per i servizi ottenuti, il rapporto di stima è andato ad aumentare ed oggi posso dire che finalmente so a chi affidare la mia macchina

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNA PREZIOSA SCOPERTA,...nel tempo le moto e auto che ho avuto in prevalenza sono state BMW e per la sicura affidabilità per le manutenzioni mi sono sempre rivolto esclusivamente alle officine dei concessionari BMW. Una improvvisa e scomoda avaria alla mia attuale auto BMW per la sua caratteristica emergenza mi obbligava a cercare un intervento locale. Da internet scelgo L'officina di Cappelletti Marcello,... il risultato è stato prezioso e doppio: non solo si è rivelato professionalmente eccellente, ma mi permette di evitare lunghe trasferte presso quei concessionari di cui in futuro non avrò più bisogno! ennio sciotti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto la macchina da Marcello da otto anni, nonostante io sia a Roma e la sua officina a Nettuno, a quasi 60 km di distanza, ma me vale veramente la pena. É il meccanico più serio, competente ed onesto che abbia trovato in 30 anni a Roma e dintorni (e ne ho girati molti).
É anche una persona molto disponibile che cerca sempre di andare incontro alle esigenze dei clienti.
I have been taking the car to Marcello's for eight years, despite being in Rome and his workshop in Nettuno, almost 60 km away, but it is really worth it to me. He is the most serious, competent and honest mechanic I have found in 30 years in Rome and its surroundings (and I have shot many of them).
He is also a very helpful person who always tries to meet customer needs.
