Ho chiamato l'officina Ricci e, raccontando il malfunzionamento al telefono, hanno individuato il problema che ho provveduto personalmente a risolvere senza neanche sporcarmi le mani e senza sostituire nulla. Professionali,professionisti e onesti.
Solved by telephone a gearbox problem which in FIAT, after verification by the mechanic, had been replaced. I called the Ricci workshop and, telling the malfunction on the phone, they identified the problem that I personally solved without even getting my hands dirty and without replacing anything.
