Sono felice che ci sia l'opzione di acquisto online perché è comodo ed efficiente. Voto 10+ ?? One of my favorite stores. Dalla consegna, al rimborso, al cambio merce............è stato tutto un disastro, niente di quello che trovate scritto sul sito è vero, per me è stato così. Mi hanno consegnato dopo una settimana e non 24 ore come invece scrivono. Si sono ritirati i soldi della merce che non avevano in magazzino. Non mi hanno detto nulla ed ho dovuto scrivere io una mail......vi lascio immaginare le spiegazioni inutili e insignificanti che hanno provato a darmi. La più assurda è stata quella di giustificarsi per il ritardo sulla consegna perché stavano reperendo l'articolo mancante che di fatto pur avendo spedito con incredibile ritardo hanno effettuato una spedizione incompleta. L'articolo non mi è mai arrivato. Per far si che mi restituissero i soldi mi sono dovuta scontrare verbalmente. Non mi hanno rimborsato per l'intero importo, si sono trattenuti i soldi della spedizione pur non avendo mai spedito l'articolo in oggetto. Per il cambio bisogna seguire una procedura lunga e contorta. Quando hanno capito che avevo necessità di effettuare il cambio hanno addirittura disabilitato il sito per manutenzione/revisione dello stesso. Così facendo sono trascorsi i 10 gg disponibili per il cambio. C'è dell'altro molto altro ma credo possa davvero bastare. Meditate gente prima di acquistare da ciarlatani come questi, perché solo i ciarlatani non riconoscono i propri ORRORI. My experience was very negative. From delivery, to reimbursement, to exchange goods ............ it was all a disaster, nothing of what you find written on the site is true, for me it was like this. They delivered me after a week and not 24 hours as they write. The money from the goods they did not have in stock was withdrawn. They didn't tell me anything and I had to write an e-mail ...... I let you imagine the useless and meaningless explanations that they tried to give me. The most absurd was to justify the delay on delivery because they were finding the missing article which, in fact, despite having shipped with incredible delay, made an incomplete shipment. The item never arrived to me. In order for me to get my money back, I had to come up against it verbally. They have not reimbursed me for the full amount, they have withheld the money from the shipment even though they never sent the item in question. For the change you must follow a long and convoluted procedure. When they realized that I needed to make the change, they even disabled the site for maintenance / revision of the same. In this way the 10 days available for the changeover have passed. There is much more but I think it can really be enough. Meditate people before buying from charlatans like these, because only the charlatans do not recognize their HORRORS.

Io ho ordinato un capo e dopo pochi giorni che mi è arrivato, l ho trovato identico(tanto che anche le foto che mostrano il capo sui due siti corrispondono) su un altro sito, l unica differenza?!? Che Sul secondo sito costa UN TERZO di quello che l ho pagato io!!!! Ragazze state attente ai capi che ordinate! Not recommended! That on the second site costs A THIRD of what I paid for it !!!! Girls watch out for the clothes you order!
