Per tutto il resto sono invece pienamente soddisfatto: chi è intervenuto nel sopralluogo prevendita (Emilio) ha saputo individuare esattamente le esigenze e proporre la soluzione ideale e i tecnici che hanno realizzato il lavoro (Alessio e Davide) sono stati bravissimi, precisi al millimetro e al singolo dettaglio nel montaggio della vetrata, dimostrando competenza e capacità. I do not put 5 stars because I am polluted by the delivery times which have been too long. Un lavoro a cui ho dato un acconto a maggio finito a febbraio dell'anno dopo dopo una serie di prese in giro. Un mio amico stava per cascarci a farsi fare un lavoro da loro meno male che mi ha chiesto il nome della ditta ed ha fatto in tempo a non fargli fare il lavoro. Non li consiglio proprio I did work with them years ago, I didn't review because I had endless anger. They are unprofessional and fair. Ringrazio soprattutto i due ragazzi Lele e Luigi, che con la loro sicurezza e la loro creatività nel risolvere i problemi hanno reso ancor più soddisfacente il lavoro. Un grazie va anche alla loro voglia di fare, visto che l'ultima sera senza soluzione di continuità, per terminare l'opera e lasciarci soddisfatti, hanno lavorato fino alle 21:30. Devo anche ringraziare la signora Roberta, che attraverso la sua pazienza e alla sua disponibilità ha saputo aiutarci ad affrontare i nostri turbamenti iniziali. Detto questo spero, vista la professionalità dei dipendenti dell'azienda, che verranno a montarmi le due fascette mancanti alla struttura e registreranno le varie finestre. Mi hanno proposto un prezzo ma non era compreso nulla o meglio solo la vetrata senza le rifiniture. Non potete crederci ma hanno lasciato uno spazio di 3 cm in tutta la parte superiore e alle estremità non hanno messo nulla. Il risultato è l’acqua ovunque che entra da tutte le parti. Ed ecco il loro giochetto durante la fase di fine montaggio ho chiesto ma la lasciate cosi?la loro risposta se la vuoi terminata mi devi dare altri soldi.Sono rimasto basito quindi non credete al prezzo che vi dicono in fase di contratto perché non è reale e sono scorretti. Il cliente come fa a sapere che c’è bisogno di altri accessori!Quindi alla fine ho dovuto chiamare un’altra persona e fare il lavoro ad altri!Senza parole! Per fare chiarezza allego la foto del contratto dove non viene minimamente menzionato che le lamiere sono a parte e che hanno un costo di 15 euro al metro ed il commerciale non l’ha mai menzionato in fase di proposta del contratto. Solamente per chiarezza!! I bought a panoramic window at Idea Tende for the competitive price but I had to change my mind. They offered me a price but nothing was included or rather only the window without the finishing touches. You can't believe it but they left a 3cm gap across the top and they didn't put anything at the ends. The result is water everywhere that enters from all sides. And here's their game during the final editing phase I asked but leave it like this? Their answer if you want it finished you have to give me more money I was thrilled so don't believe the price they tell you in the contract phase because it is not real and they are incorrect. How does the customer know that other accessories are needed! So in the end I had to call another person and do the work for others! Speechless! To clarify, I am attaching the photo of the contract where it is not at all mentioned that the sheets are separate and that they have a cost of 15 euros per meter and the commercial never mentioned it when proposing the contract. Just for clarity !!

Bravissimi Un risultato ottimo, un lavoro impeccabile che nasce da lontano, un grande lavoro di squadra iniziato con una progettazione impeccabile, accompagnato nella cura delle pratiche burocratiche e culminato con il montaggio delle tende caduta a motore click e zip Gibus e la realizzazione di finiture in legno . Un ringraziamento particolare a Emilio che ha realizzato la progettazione, dato consigli top anche sulla scelta dei colori da adottare. Persona fantastica sempre presente e attenta ad informarmi su ordinazione e tempi di esecuzione. Si è sempre preoccupato telefonicamente e telematicamente sull'esecuzione dei lavori e si è informarto sul risultato finale e sul mio gradimento. Bravissimi Riccardo e Marco i ragazzi venuti a eseguire i lavori, super professionali hanno trovato soluzioni a dei difetti strutturali delle pareti e delle soglie dove dovevano poggiare le tende. Ragazzi oltre che super professionali anche super educati, precisi e tranquillizzanti sul risultato finale che alla fine è stato fantastico. Un ringraziamento anche a Flavio che è stato il primo canale di contatto, che mi ha presentato in modo chiaro i vari prodotti utili per le mie esigenze, chiaro nei tempi utili ispirati all'onesta e mai frutto di false promesse per accaparrarsi il lavoro. Dire che sono contento del risultato raggiunto è poco, consigliatissimo, d'altronde non si spiegano le tante stelle e le recensioni che avevo letto prima di affidarmi a loro.
