Dopo varie richieste di sostituzione del materiale il titolare della azienda non si è mai interessato al nostro problema. Tra l'altro non ci ha mai rilasciato ricevuta né garanzia. Lo staff del negozio ha messo insieme un team con architetti e designer con i quali collaborano per realizzare il progetto. Che dire, la commessa è professionale ed ha un esperienza incredibile si vede che conosce molto bene le aziende che propone e i materiali sono di pregio. Mario il tappezziere proprietario del negozio più che artigiano è un vero artista, con l'architetto abbiamo realizzato un progetto grandioso ma non sapevamo se fosse realmente fattibile...Mario è riuscito ad eseguirlo senza batter ciglio. Nonostante i tempi di consegna fossero piuttosto lunghi i lavori sono stati ultimati con 10 giorni di anticipo!!!! We turned to this shop to create our studio. La consulenza del negozio è stata professionale e mi ha da subito mostrato delle soluzioni che potessero fare a caso mio. Successivamente siamo riusciti a trovare una giusto compromesso anche con ciò che era nel mio budget e devo dire che sono rimasto super contento. Non c'è limite alla fantasia il tappezziere Mario riesce ad eseguire ogni tipo di fantasia tu voglia realizzare. Abbiamo progettato un divano da zero!!! Lo consiglio assolutamente!
