Cambiare materasso richiede sempre un periodo di adattamento, e devo dire che effettivamente è servito qualche giorno per iniziare ad apprezzare. Oggi sono molto soddisfatto e rifarei il medesimo acquisto. Friendly and helpful staff. Sono 3 mesi che sto aspettando una doga del mio letto difettosa. Perfetta anche la consegna che è stata effettuata nei tempi indicati al momento dell'acquisto e nell’orario stabilito. Tornerò sicuramente per sostituire anche il materasso matrimoniale. Consegna prima del previsto e ottimo anche il servizio di ritiro e smaltimento dell'usato. Consigliatissimo se cercate prodotti di qualità. Grazie anche alla professionalità e simpatia di Silvia 23.04.2021 Aggiornamento: Confermo in pieno quanto detto, ma le stelle si riducono ad 1 per il seguente motivo. Pochi giorni dopo l'acquisto mi sono resa conto di essere allergica al materasso (probabilmente alla lana o agli acari) sta di fatto che ogni volta che vado a dormire mi si chiude il naso e non respiro più. Ovviamente ci siamo documentati e abbiamo scoperto che le fibre naturali sono le prime nemiche per soggetti allergici (ahimè non lo sapevamo, non ne avremmo mai comprato uno ?). Abbiamo contattato subito Silvia facendo presente il problema, e lei gentilissima come sempre ci aveva rassicurato che una soluzione l'avremmo trovata, ma che i tempi sarebbero stati un po' lunghi causa covid. Nel frattempo abbiamo provato a usare federe anti-acaro, girare il materasso e mettere il lato lana sotto, ma niente... Ho iniziato a prendere anche antistaminici, ma il risultato era sempre lo stesso: il più delle volte sono stata costretta a dormire sul divano in sala. Finalmente oggi ci mettiamo l'anima in pace: l'azienda Falomo dopo 2 mesi di attesa ci dice che non ci cambia il materasso, causa covid, quindi 1200 euro buttati. La legge non ammette ignoranza (sicuramente colpa nostra ad aver scelto questo tipo di materasso), ma in alcuni casi sopratutto aziende serie e rinomate come questa, dovrebbero e potrebbero venire un po' di più incontro alle esigenze dei clienti. Obviously we researched and discovered that natural fibers are the first enemies for allergy sufferers (alas we did not know, we would never have bought one ?). We contacted Silvia immediately pointing out the problem, and she was very kind as always, reassured us that we would find a solution, but that the times would be a bit long due to covid. In the meantime we tried to use anti-mite pillowcases, turn the mattress and put the wool side underneath, but nothing ... I also started taking antihistamines, but the result was always the same: most of the time I was forced to sleep on the sofa in the living room. Finally today we put our soul in peace: the Falomo company after 2 months of waiting tells us that we do not change the mattress, due to covid, therefore 1200 euros thrown away. The law does not admit ignorance (certainly our fault for choosing this type of mattress), but in some cases, above all serious and renowned companies like this one, should and could come a little more to meet the needs of customers.

Silvia,preparatissima,è stata davvero bravissima e attenta alle nostre esigenze, fin da subito si è messa a nostra completa disposizione spiegandoci per filo e per segno ogni materasso che abbiamo fisicamente provato, differenze anatomiche ecc.. ci siamo trovate davvero bene, la consegna poi è stata velocissima e i ragazzi per il montaggio discreti e professionali.
