Ad oggi, 22 maggio 2019, mi trovo a pagare le prime due rate senza aver ancora avuto alcuna notizia, né tanto meno possesso, delle biciclette. La carenza commerciale e amministrativa è evidente: a questo punto cosa devo pensare del prodotto? I do not doubt the quality of the products but the seriousness of the producer. Intendendo avviare un progetto mio e con sponsor (semplicemente di appoggio e senza pretendere granchè in cambio) ho contattato l'azienda più volte, ricevendo risposte prima molto interessate, poi via via sempre più evasive e senza concludere nulla: in sintesi (ho perso quasi un anno standogli dietro senza avere più risposta). Per la parte manageriale e di marketing davvero poca serietà e rispetto nei confronti degli altri. Per la parte dei prodotti mi sono trovato bene, ma per principio non userò più bici MBM. Dicono che forse arriverà a fine luglio. C	Corrado G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le bici sono belle e ben assemblate e serrate, si vede la mano italiana, denoto però tre difetti all'atto di montare i pedali un filetto va aggiustato perchè il pedale non entra, il mozzo posteriore risulta troppo serrato e la ruota va a scatti, la camera d'aria internamente è attorcigliata e si fora dopo pochi usi. invito l'azienda a porre maggior attenzione a questi particolari, non facendo accuse, ma come giusta ed equa esperienza. . The bikes are beautiful and well assembled and tight, you see the Italian hand, however I note three defects when fitting the pedals a thread must be adjusted because the pedal does not enter, the rear hub is too tight and the wheel jerks, the inner tube is twisted and punctured after a few uses.
