★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, abbiamo chiesto la prova di un week end per una Mazda e non si sono più fatti sentire, parlando con un amico di mio marito ci ha detto che si sono comportati allo stesso modo con lui. Evidentemente non hanno seriamente voglia di vendere le auto ma solo tenerle in esposizione.
Bad service, we asked for proof of a weekend for a Mazda and they didn't speak again, talking to my husband's friend he told us that they behaved the same way with him. Obviously they don't seriously want to sell cars but just keep them on display.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passato per chiedere un preventivo. Ho dovuto aspettare 15 minuti perchè presi dalle loro attività interne (ero l'unico cliente presente in quel frangente). Finalmente un addetto si libera e viene a proporre il preventivo in 5 minuti, giusto per liberarsi della mia presenza e continuare le attività in cui era impegnato. Pessimo servizio e massima disorganizzazione. Sicuramente non mi rivolgerò più a loro.
Past to request a quote. I had to wait 15 minutes because taken from their internal activities (I was the only customer at that moment). Finally an officer is free and is to propose the budget in five minutes, just to get rid of my presence and continue the activities in which he was engaged. Bad service and maximum disorganization. I will certainly no longer turn to them.

I like it because every time I go to collect it for service or, like yesterday, an intervention under warranty, they always make it washed, clean and fragrant!
