Il primo era la fornitura della sicurezza passiva completa per la mia casa: porta blindata e inferriate per le finestre. Ci sono stati casi di furto nel mio quartiere e volevo essere tranquillo per me e per la mia famiglia! Dopo un paio d'anni avevo un secondo acquisto da fare, ma era più difficile! Mi occerrevano due finestre apribili e scorrevoli per il terrazzo e mi sono rivolto a diversi rivenditori per un preventivo, ma Pf è l'unica azienda che mi ha saputo fornire una soluzione con strutture Finstral su misura. Peccato che dopo pochi mesi dall'installazione, una delle finestre abbia iniziato ad avere qualche problema nel meccanismo di apertura a vasistas. Può capitare. Il titolare della ditta passa a dare un'occhiata, regola le cerniere degli infissi, ma non passano neanche 24 ore e il problema si ripresenta. Allora invio una foto della finestra allo stesso titolare, il quale mi risponde che avrebbe mandato i posatori "nei prossimi giorni". Dopodiché scompare nella nebbia della Val Padana. Trascorsi dieci giorni, provo con un altro messaggio. Visualizza, ma non risponde. Passa un'altra settimana e lo chiamo al cellulare. Non risponde e non richiama. La scena si ripete un altro paio di volte. Decido di telefonare in ditta e mi risponde un collega che mi promette di farmi richiamare. Non richiama. All'ennesimo tentativo, finalmente lo trovo in ufficio: è oberato di lavoro, ha un cantiere in corso, il terremoto, le cavallette, una tremeda inondazione, ma "la prossima settimana ci sentiamo". La prossima settimana è passata da un mese e sono ancora qui che aspetto. Pessimo comportamento e scarsissima lungimiranza, visto che avevo intenzione di cambiare anche le porte interne di casa. Risponde la segretaria, le riferisco della richiesta fatta ma mi viene detto che al momento non si riesce a vedere le richieste e che mi faceva sapere, mi prende nome e cognome e numero di telefono. Aspetto diversi giorni e di nuovo nulla, allora rifaccio la richiesta online. Niente ancora. E pensare che avevo scelto questa ditta perchè vicinissimo a casa e per le recensioni. Nessun problema, scelgo altro, perchè se questo deve essere l'inizio non voglio immaginare il resto. Aggiornamento: Il sig. Alessandro mi ha poi contattato e fatto un preventivo, e ad oggi mi sono affidato a lui come miglior rapporto qualità prezzo. A breve gli infissi ordinati dovrebbero arrivare e poi si procederà al loro montaggio, e sono sicuro che il tutto sarà eseguito con la stessa professionalità mostrata fino ad oggi. Grazie. Sono entrata in negozio per chiedere un preventivo la prima settimana di settembre e quel preventivo non è mai arrivato. Ci sono tornata un mese dopo insieme a mio marito per richiedere nuovamente il preventivo e specificare bene tutti i dettagli perché avevo lo scrupolo che probabilmente non avessero tutti gli elementi....anche se solitamente si richiama un potenziale cliente se manca qualcosa. Sono passate altre 2 settimane e niente, ho chiamato in negozio e la segreteria mi ha detto che avrebbe informato il venditore (che non cito per educazione) il quale naturalmente non mi ha richiamato. Il sabato ho chiamato poi al cellulare l’interessato e mi ha giurato che il lunedì successivo avrei ricevuto tutto e non sarebbe uscito da negozio senza inviarlo. Passa quasi un’altra settimana e il giovedì sera mio marito gli scrive richiedendo se non sono più interessati. Puntualmente nessuna risposta. Ora, quasi 2 mesi per non avere riscontro di nessun genere (anche solo che non interessa) mi sembrano eccessivi. Trovo scarsa professionalità e anche mancanza di rispetto perché nessuno (soprattutto di questi tempi) ha tempo da perdere in incontri, telefonate e mail. A questo punto comunque meglio rivolgersi ad altri perché non oso immaginare se mai si presentasse un problema una volta acquistato..
