Ho appena acquistato una bicicletta dalľAtala che me ľha spedita, ľho montata e la bici era in perfette condizioni, aveva solo un leggero problema ai freni (toccavano il cerchio e bisognava semplicemente allentarli)... il signore, senza farmi nemmeno spiegare, mi dice di andare da dove ľavevo comprata e quando gli ho detto per ovvi motivi che non era possibile, SENZA SFIORARLA O OSSERVARLA minimamente, cercando di farmi fesso mi ha detto che dovevo lasciarla per un controllo e che dovevo ritornare 4 giorni dopo. Premetto che il negozio era vuoto, ma evidentemente non c'era la necessità di farsi un nuovo cliente, nonostante mi sia appena trasferito e abbiamo 4 biciclette in famiglia... complimenti per la professionalità. SCONSIGLIATO
Simply appalled. I have just returned from the store and in 30 years I have never been treated so badly. I just bought a bike from alaAtala that sent me, I mounted it and the bike was in perfect condition, it only had a slight brake problem (it touched the rim and you just had to loosen it) ... the gentleman, without even making me explain, told me to go from where I had bought and when I told him for obvious reasons that it was not possible, WITHOUT EATHING HIM OR LESS IT, trying to make me fool told me that I had to leave her for a check and that I had to return 4 days later. I state that the store was empty, but evidently there was no need to become a new customer, although I have just moved and we have 4 bicycles in the family ... congratulations on professionalism. NOT RECOMMENDED
